How do I place an order?
Place items into your list and complete your order through the checkout.
Where is the "Cart"?
Because we have the ability to have multiple "Carts" open at the same time we have named these lists.
Is there somewhere I can add a reference to my order?
Click on the VIEW ACTIVE LIST and Order Ref / Code can be entered.
Should I pre Order Pre releases?
Yes pre ordering new releases will ensure that stock will be available for you in time for the official release date.
How do I open an account?
You need to complete the online application, print and sign and return either by fax or post.

Can I change my password?
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Please visit the "Forgotten Password" page to reset your password and have it sent to your email. Please note, we strongly advise you change your password after is has been reset so you do not forget the random generated one.
How do I amend my account details? I.E Address, Tel No?
Inform your account handler of the changes and they will get this done for you.
Do your prices include or exclude vat?
All of our prices EXCLUDE VAT.
Do the prices shown include my discount?
Yes, when logged in your discount is automatically applied to all lines as well when you are checking out.
A promo price has changed since I placed it in my List?
This could be one of two reasons, either the supplier has amended a trade price which is beyond our control or the product was on promotion and the offer has now expired since you added it to your list.
What is your returns policy?

What if I have a picking error?
All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of delivery. (See Terms & Conditions)
How will my order be dispatched?
We offer various delivery services, Please contact your account manager for further details.
Can I cancel an item after I have placed in my List?
Click the View active list tab, select the Item and click the X Delete button.
How do I cancel an order I have already checked out?
Your account handler will be able to do this for you as long as the line in question has not already been invoiced.

Who do you sell to?
Is a business to business website that provides wholesale services to businesses. You must apply in writing to open an account and be able to show that you have have a trading history either online or on the high street.
How can tell the difference between normal edition to a limited / collector’s edition?
Click on the Product info tab and the edition is displayed under the image.
Why is TBC displayed where the price should be for title?
TBC means that the price is yet to be confimed by our supplier.
How long until this is replaced with the confirmed price?
We endevour to gather information from our suppliers and will update our records as soon as possible.
How can I view my backorders? Or outstanding items?
This will be added to the website in the near future (2nd phase). In the meantime please ask your account handler for a backorder list and they will be happy to assist.
